Everything Glennis Chapman touched in our home we had to have fixed. From the faulty wiring job, the horrific plumbing(ie attaching the toilet trap to the bathroom sink-yuck), to LONG waits for him to show up, it was a nightmare. We paid him a fortune, and then had to take out a second loan to repair the mess he made of our home. To add insult to injury, we began receiving nasty letters from a collection agency representing his unpaid subcontractors. RUN from this company - I would'nt let Chapman build my dog a house! He is a liar and a cheat!

The work that was done, was performed by low- skilled to unskilled workers, therefore VERY poor quality. The project was many months over the projected deadline and never completed. Beware! Can We Fix It Services (Glennis Chapman) "Talks the Talk", but does not "Walk the Walk". We had to get another contractor to fix and finish the project which lasted another 6 months since CWFIS quality was so poor. We lost thousands of dollars on our renovation project. If you are still uncertain, be sure to check references of several RECENT projects and gather all the facts.

We were taken by this company. Can We Fix It Services contracted with us to renovate a kitchen, re-landscape, and build an addition. 18 months after starting the addition project, inspections are not yet completed. We have attempted over and over to negotiate, even through mediation and Mr. Chapman will not even contact us or a third party.
