TRUE to Word on Exotic Birds
It was about a year ago today that I was in the market for a Scarlet Macaw. It was difficult to find a Hatchling Scarlet Macaw. I researched and searched for MACAWS, for well over a year prior to meeting Hank Ramey. He told me that his wife may be able to get me one. A few days later I got a call saying he had found a Scarlet egg that would hatch in a few weeks. I became a papa to MONA on 4/6/08.
Cassey (Hank’s wife) is the avian breeder of the family. Their home is very clean, especially the avian breeding portion. The birds of all types are numerous and ALL are very attached to Ms. Ramey. Cassey doesn’t mind phone calls, and answers every question (and I had many) patiently and honestly.
I have even called for advice POST purchase and Cassey’s demeanor has never changed. There are a lot of deceptive breeders out there that are looking to cheat potential buyers of exotic birds. But I was BLESSED to have met the Ramey’s.
I treasure the experience that I have had with Canopy Creatures. And I would recommend them to anyone. If I am ever in the market for another bird it will be through Canopy Creatures.
