I have yet to move into The Gardens at Cross Creek but I'm already dissatisfied. I signed a 2 year lease and was treating pretty nicely. Even told that I could move in earlier if the apartment was ready. However when I asked to move my move in date back 2 weeks I was ignored and dealt with very poorly. I haven't even moved in yet and I feel like I have made a huge mistake. The manager did not get back to me in a timely manner when my request was made, I had to call back to get an answer to my request. Horrible customer service. If your going to turn down someone's request you should be tactful about it.
