Stay away from this place like the plague, the food is nothing than fast food frozen, the peking duck is so bad that I can't find a comment to even desrcribe it, the lighting in the place is so bright that it's blinding, I'm not even that picky of a person when it comes to food, but the service, all I can say is what service, whatever you do stay away from this place it's that bad

Absolutely my favorite Chinese restaurant. Great selection of "traditional American" Chinese dishes, but you need to be a little adventuresome to really appreciate their menu. I love the Preserved Vegetable Soup and the Chicken and Ginger Hot Pot. At times you may need to wait, but it is definitely worth the wait.

Just order the Pan fried pompano or salt and pepper anything:
pork chops, shrimp or squid in that order. also the sauteed pea leaves or bok choy. forget about the crab or peking duck.

Love this place. Good food. My favorite dishes are duck soup, deep fried oyster, pan fried seabass with ginger scallion, etc. They also open until 2 am every night.

I have been their customer for the past 14 years (started from China Cooks). They are the best Chinese restaurant in town. This is what I always order from the menu: Crab in Black Bean Sauce, Steamed Minced Pork with Salted Eggs and Fried Maw Soup with Crab Meat.There are some items which are not on the menu. If you are familiar with authentic Chinese, you can order it and they will cook it for you. They are always packed and do not accept the reservation, so be there early or you need to wait for average 30 minutes.
