Quick arrival - and fixed in around an hour!, 8/28/2013

Last Thursday at around 4:30pm when my wife got home she realized our upstairs AC wasn't blowing cold air. We discussed for a moment waiting till I got home to take a look at it (since I do many of... our home repairs myself) but quickly concluded that we should get a technician out to our house ASAP or we'd likely need to wait till the next morning. My wife called Canyon State a few minutes after I got off of the phone with her (maybe 4:45pm) and was pleased to learn that a technician would be out to our house (we live in Surprise) between 5 and 7 pm. Astonishingly, the technician (Jake) knocked on the door shortly after 5pm! He quickly determined that the problem was with the outdoor unit corresponding with the upstairs AC (a motor had failed, and the unit was evidently SUPER hot) We approved the replacement for that motor, and by 6:10pm I was paying the bill for the completed repair (using a slick iPad app - which wasn't really a factor, but was cool to see how they were using modern technology to make transactions easier). We had a cool upstairs by bedtime, and I couldn't be happier with how everything went. If anything breaks again, I'll definitely be calling Canyon State (saved them to my phone as a contact :) -Eric

What a Relief

Our air conditioner went out and we have been away from our house for a week. We have had several a/c guys out to our house in the last few monthes to try and fix the problems we had been having...but the unit just kept failing. Finally we called Canyon State A/C and Mark Farmer came out and diagnosed the problem right away. He was very professional, knowledgeable and curteous. We will definately be using this company in the future.

Exemplary Service & Integrity

We bought our unit through Canyon State 4 years ago and referred others b/c of their quality and integrity. We allowed our service contract to expire and considered another company to service our unit but b/c of the exemplary service we received from Todd (this year) on 2 different service calls, we decided to stay with Canyon State.

This company is wonderful. Every employee that I have spoken with is always helpful and friendly. They go out of their way to help you. The Tech Mike P is absolutely wonderful. Their Plumber does a wonderful job

I've had Canyon State take care of me for the past five years and they have done a wonderful job. Ken has always checked out my A/C but I was very happy when I found out that they did plumbing. I had an issue over the weekend and Bobby came out to fix my problem right away. Apparently you shouldn't be putting potato peels down the garbage disposal! They were clean and professional. I would reccomend them to anyone looking for an honest company.

Great family like service.

I felt inclined to write a review based on my experience with Canyon State. I had a problem with my thermostat, and heard about them thru a friend. They got out to my house the same day, and was very fair about price. I feel I would trust them with any job big or small.

$5,300 Rheem 2.5 years old Still Inop

Has never worked properly From Day one, A dozen service calls Still does not work . Spent another $200 on replacing the expansion valve. They were back today and now want to replace the evaporator coil. We have been sitting in 100 plus heat for 5 days now. I guess when they throw enough parts at it,They might get it to make cold air in the summer and heat in the winter.

Going To Be A Repeat Customer

Let me ask something...why does the A/C always go out on the weekend late in the afternoon? I don't know either. Now let me tell you something...The guys from Canyon State Air Conditioning have done a superb job keeping our unit running. A week ago Todd came out, in the dark, after a very very busy day and replaced a condenser fan motor when no other company I called could help us. Today Chris came out to check why the unit was not wanting to work. He diagnosed the problem and had things running in short order. We need one more return visit from him to ensure we get thru the summer. I feel I've found a company that will give us a fair shake and that deserves my business. I give Canyon State Air Conditining, Chris and Todd all a 100% satisfation rating. Thanks to all!

Excellent Company and Service Provider

Recently had major problems with another AZ a/c company who refused to provide proper service. I talked to a tech at 8:30pm on a Tuesday night. 7:45 the next morning they called and had somebody at my house before 8:30am. The technician was thorough and well qualified. A/C has been working great since. Canyon State will be my first and only call from now on.
