Be prepared for lengthy waits- this office routinely overbooks and also for limited attention during your actual appointment. If you are striving for a natural childbirth, this is NOT the place for you. Take the time and the effort to research other options in the Triangle area. My husband and I recently transferred out of this practice to another healthcare provider during our 26th week of pregnancy. When I called to cancel our next appt and notify them of the transfer, the receptionist did not even bother to ask why. Terrible customer service. We routinely had to wait on hold to even make appointments for 20 minutes or longer.

There are several doctors (6-8 I think) so you pretty much see a different one each time you go for any OB appts. It is usually just the luck of the draw when you go into labor as to who you get. Overall, I like it as I have had both babies delivered by them. Just have to find the doctor that meshes with you the best and hopefully they are the one that deliver your baby but all seem very good docs.
