Capital Property Management has such poor business practices and customer service I truly don't see how they stay in business. I paid my application fees (for two people $100) and waited to be contacted. No one contacted us, so we checked to make sure our application was received. It was indeed received and we were told we would be approved. We were actually beyond qualified, yet there always seemed to be some stipulation in paperwork. We jumped through hoops and got them all of the requested documents IMMEDIATELY. We were then told we were declined but not given a reason. When we tried to call and e-mail the staff we got ZERO responses. I even left two voicemails for the manager, Kim, and did not get a response. We actually got the impression they only wanted to deal with Section 8 clientele. I'm not sure why that would be when you have someone overly qualified who can easily make the payments. That seemed to be their preference though. They would barely even speak to us even in the beginning and didn't speak to us at all in the end. Stay as far away from this company as possible! Save your money and go elsewhere!!!
