Andy Rovito is a LIER and a CON: As the person said he rented the condo in Florida and stole from him but even worse: He came to our business and told us he was staying at a condo close by.He conned our employee and used credit cards numbers to rent scooters. He STOLD these credit card numbers from customers of his family restaurant, the credit cartd owners confirmed to me that they visit the restaurant often and know ANDY. Andy Rovito copied their credit card numbers and billing address, expiration date and the security number on the back. When he came to our business the inexperienced clerk believed his lies that he left his company credit card home and had the numbers in his wallet. I contacted him at his new restaurant called Pastra Amore 2112 winding river road dr. Suite 104 Naperville, Il 60564. Andy has promissed me that he would make things right and send the money he cheated us out of, we are a small businesss and $1500.00 is alot for us to obsorb. He is a lier!!! the money never came and he never intended to send it. We have since filed a report with the Feds for credit card fraud. Anyone visiting his family's resaturant should only pay cash, do not give them your credit card. I also spoke to his brother Tony? he told me that the family would make it right and asked me to please not turn him in as he has a substance abuse problem. This also was a lie they never called me back and never tried to make it right. Andy faces possible prision. The family sold Capri Restaurant and have renamed the other restaurant PASTA AMORE Do not go to this restaurant with your credit card. This guy is a lier and a con.

I dont know why everyone is giving this place a bad name.I havnt had Italian food that good since my grandma was around. It brought back some great memories. Capri is now my favorite resturant to go to. The environment was great and i asked about thay guy you were talking about Andy He isnt there anymore. They sold it and moved the locaation. Its now at 2155 City Gate Lane. Its still in Naperville. The people in there were so friendly. I will go back and next time I am going with alot more of my friends. We went on a Wednesday night and the bar had a piano player and homemade liquor. They have great drinks, food, and environment. I will be going back soon!!! Go for yourself and see how great this place is. ...

I own a vacation rental property in Florida that I have a professional property management company taking care of for me. They rented my condo to Andrew Rovito for a week from 8/22/2008 to 8/30/2008. I don't usually visit the condo on a regular basis and it could have easily been months before I discovered the following and he only took or ruined items that the maids or management could easily have not noticed missing as he generally left the condo in good condition and things seem generally fine other than HIS BOUNCED CHECK!\r\r1) He stole a Nintendo WII that belongs to my son but that we leave available to renters in an effort to provide entertainment and an enjoyable stay for other families with childeren. ps:it's in a drawer and the cleaning people could easily not notice it missing.\r\r2) He stole a Sony Playstation II that is also kept in a drawer in the masterbedroom and could easily not be noticed missing.\r\r3) He broke into (locked with a home entry quaility door lock and then closed and relocked) the owners closet and took several items. Again the cleaning people wouldn't notice this as they don't even have access to owners closet.\r\r4) While in the owners closet he took the time and effort to (probably several hours) to pry open a locked, fireproof 2'X2'X2' Sentry safe and steal the contents. He then turned the safe around backwards, piled my personal linens on top of the safe and relocked the owners room in an effort to conceal his crime.\r\rWell, anyway, had I not been coming to FL to do some minor repairs and been the next person staying in my condo, the theft could have easily gone months without being noticed and several tenants could have moved in and out allowing him the throw blame on any number of honest guests.\r\r\r\r

Andy Rovito, part owner in Capri, wrote me a check for a beautiful chihuahua puppy that the account was closed on. Beware!!!Especially not paying for the puppy.Naperville Police has finally received my money, Thank you Naperville Police.
