I found Captain Video through Mitsubishi. They were listed as an authorized service center. When my 5-year old projection screen TV went on the blink I contacted Captain Video. They suggested that I contact Mitsubishi customer service to see if the manufacturer would assist in paying some of the estimated $800 repair bill. I was amazed when Mitsubishi offered to pay half. Captain Video sent a service tech to my house to remove the defective parts, which had to be shipped to Georgia. Within two weeks I had the new parts installed. The tech cleaned the interior of the TV and it's like it was brand new! I was impressed by the helpful person that answered the phone (DeeDee, who first suggested I contact the manufacturer), and the knowledge of the tech (Greg). I highly recommend them.

Very happy with my experience! Had to have my Mitsubishi DLP fixed and as it was under warrenty I was told that Captain Video would be working with me to repair my $7,000 TV. They contacted me within 2 days of my call to the warrenty center and set up a 2 hour time frame so I wasent waiting all day! Service Tech that came to my house was very professional, nice and friendly. Was told that the repair would take 6 weeks due to the parts not being made anymore and having to send my defective one to be rebuilt in Japan. After only a couple weeks I got a call saying that they recieved the part and were going to test it to make sure it was in working order. A day or so later they contacted me to setup the repair and again gave me a 2 hour window to be at the house. The tech arrived early and worked on the TV for an hour or so and it was working like a charm. Even opened it up agian to give it a good cleaning. Works like New!!
