I went here recently and received amazing service from the lube center and car wash. As I read some of these reviews before mine, I have to laugh at the ridiculous expectations of some people. The highest cookie cutter detail they sell is a hundred bucks and does a pretty damn good job for the money. If you realize that this place is focused on speedy service with good quality, you'll come out a lot happier. Go to any other detail shop, pay the 200-300 if you'd like the whole half - day - spent - on - your - car experience. Car Spa's details are done in 45 minutes to an hour at a fraction of the cost of other places. To all of the people who said their stuff has been stolen; They explicitly tell you to secure your valuables AND have signage posted everywhere stating they are not liable so, for one; they aren't liable, and two; no one ever has a chance to touch your crap if you RESPONSIBLY SECURE IT. Would you let a cleaning person inside your home with all of your jewelry out in the open? Just wanted to put some contrast in these reviews because some of them are simply absurd.

I was shocked at how rude the staff is at Car Spa Express on Cobb Parkway. Very unprofessional in actions and appearance. The car wash itself was okay, nothing great but the staff will cause me to find another place to have my car cleaned!

The technicians and management do not understand the Honda Maintenance Minder and talked my wife into an unnecessary full service when the MM indicated only an oil change was needed. The manager tried to convince me that the MM is an unusual feature, when it has been implemented across most of the Honda fleet since 2006. They also tried to convince us the car had 76k miles on it when they were reading the display set to kilometers. In short, they are not competent on Hondas and would not acknowledge our concerns.

I didn't need a full detailing, but I did want to have someone else vacuum up all the bits of trash and dirt and stuff from my vehicle. The $16.95 service was fine for a drive-through; the outside is clean, the inside is very nicely vacuumed and wiped down. There's still some dirt, dust, and grime on parts of the dashboard, but I figured I can take care of that myself now that someone else has done the harder parts. I'd go here again if I just wanted a 5-minute cleaning.

I could have spent less time andhad done a better more thorough job than was done....sure I have a dog but but if I'm going to pay extra to have my doors "treated"....they should take the extra time to vac out the door pockets.....and I still have bug guts on my windshield....first and last time I take a car there...

I know my minivan is messy, but I *know* what's in there. Now my antifreeze, AC recharger, jumper cables & my hangtag for my parking downtown is missing (WTH?). I'm shocked the giant orange extension cord is still there. I told them & heard them communicate it thru the walkie talkies "to leave the cargo compartment alone." Every item (except the hang tag) was inside the cargo area INSIDE a plastic bin. I'm still trying to figure out WHY they would have even moved the hangtag, much less disposed of it. One window was NOT cleaned at all inside, there was brown goo in the change compartment & door slots that was not wiped out (I guess they'd soaked it to get the grime out). The carpets weren't damp or wet, they were SOAKED. The smudge mark on the driver's side they said would buff out, wasn't touched, but they added some weird black smudges to the liftgate. ??? They're a hard sell operation, don't listen, take 15minutes short of FOREVER; all of which I don't like. It isn't a high quality service for the $$$. The staff will promise you whatever you want (ie extreme discount on gas which "oh, we gave you a discount on services & you can't get 2 discounts) to get your car. I think it's the theory is if they take FOREVER to do the work, you'll be so happy to get BACK to your car, you'll do a less than cursory job of inspection. Good bye Car Spa, you got me once, you won't get me or my friends.

Their quick options for a carwash are nice, but if I'm going to go all out and have my car detailed, I'd probably go somewhere that is less of a factory and has techs that pay more close attention to my particular car. The lobby is a nice comfortable place to wait while your car is being taken care of, and I do love their 48 hour clean car guarantee; run back by if your car gets dirty or it rains for a touch up quick wash.

I paid $39.99 after a hard sale for add-on's, window chip repair, etc. Sat for an hour and then worked my way to the windows to look for my car. Finally saw it after 75 minutes. Was never called and just walked out to the poor detailer who didn't have a clue. I saved my anger for the supervisor who came to check me out. When I told him how long I waited he said, "they didn't tell you there was a hold up in detailing?". Never again! Average wash at best. Not worth the pressure, hassle or price.

I visited Car Spa to get an emission test and while my car was there for maybe 10 minutes, my laptop was stolen from my bag in the back seat. I reviewed the security tapes with 2 of the managers and because they weren't able to definitively see anyone take the laptop, they have chosen to do nothing. I was supposed to get a call from the general mgr but I'm still waiting. Please don't use this business and if you do, please safegaurd your valuables.

Everything was $40!That's a good price considering some places are $100. The staff was friendly and they got the icky stains out of my carpet! I don't know what people expect for price, but as far as I know, you can't beat $40 for your car to look like new.

Emission inspection was quick (10 mins) and affordable ($25). Staff was friendly (gentleman even opened my car door for me when it was done). And, you get a coupon for a free car wash!
