Horrible Sales and Customer Service
I purchased a GPS unit from Car Toys, the sales man was nice but he just kept trying to push me to purchase more items, he talked me into the 3-year extended warranty, which was outrageously expensive! Four months later my GPS died, I took it to Car Toys the next day and assumed I would get a new GPS since I paid so much for the extended warranty and for the unit. Instead they said they had to send it back to the manufacturer and I would get the unit back within 3 weeks. After 3 weeks I called inquiring about my GPS, they replied that they didnt know where it was in the process, and that it would probably take 6 weeks. After 6 weeks I called Cart Toys again and they quoted me another 2 weeks and they still didnt know where in the process my unit was. It has now been 8 weeks, I still dont have my GPS unit and they still dont know where it is. I have spoken to multiple managers and none of them tried to do anything to make the process easier or try to inform me better of the process. \r\rI reccomend never purchasing anything from Car Toys these people are rude and only care about making a commission! Car Toys does not care about the customer!
