NO INTEGRITY!!!!!!!!!! NO VALUE for clients time, I've seen great work in the past, however I've spent around $$$5000$$$$ in the last few months here and I'm sad to say I won' be back. They charge 103.50/hr Labor if i charged that rate my repair should have been free. I was contacted at 10 am, to let me know my car was ready I enquired about getting picked up, "yes i will have the driver call you when he returns." 6 HOURS later, Come on!!! At 4PM I call back to ask about getting picked up? oops i guess driver was busy. come on!! Driver comes within 10 mins of my return call, I get picked up only to be on a milk run out to Mountains edge for 45mins Im driving around with the driver and now other clients. When i arrive at the shop Im offer excuse's and a bill. Sorry TONY BAD BUSINESS!! I don't care about $$$ BUT NO INTEGRITY = BAD BUSINESS don't lie to me and and make excuses to your customers.

Formerly on Arville - now at 5445 S Decatur #2. This AAA approved repair shop is really great for women. They explain your repairs so that you actually understand what's needed for your car. This is NOT an ordinary shop.. there's no pressure, no scare tactics and they won't rip you off just because you're a woman. I drive 10 miles to take my car to The Car Works.

I WAS REFERED TO THE CAR WORKS FROM A FRIEND. TONY THE OWNER IS FUNNY & INTELLIGENT! I FOUND NY NEW MECHANIC & RECOMMENDED EVERYONE I KNOW TO BRING THEIR CAR TO THE CAR WORKS.

I'M SO GLAD I FOUND A AUTO REPAIR SHOP I CAN CALL MY MECHANIC! (VERY HARD TO FIND) THEY CALL W EST FIRST, NO SURPRISED BILLS. THE GREATEST. TONY THE OWNER IS VERY FUNNY. MAKES YOU FEEL COMFORTABLE KNOWING YOUR VECHICLE IS IN HIS HANDS.
