I purchased a service contract with Carden and all I called there old number and a message directed me to the new number to call. The people that I called honored the service contract that I had with Carden. The great thing about this company is that they are just as good as Carden was.

I, too, had a contract with Carden and they shut down with no notice. I spoke with one home builder who told me they left unfinished work all over town. If you have a service contract, you are out of luck.

I have tried to reach this company for several days. They do not answer their phones and the emails are returned. My builder used them so I signed up with a prepaid maintenace contract with them on my HVAC. The builder verified that Carden is no longer in business. They never notified me, offered to fulfill the maintenance contract, or refunded me the $224 I paid them. Ouch!!!!

I have an older home and my system needed to be updated. A sales person came out answered all my questions and I received my free estimate the next day. We set up a day and time for installation. Their crew arrived on time, did a great job and cleaned up when they finished. I have them set up for my mom's house. GREAT!
I have used Carden for 5 years now if I have any problems they are very prompt on taking care of it. Last week our system went out so their very professional salesman came out, looked at what we needed and gave us many options that would meet our needs & budget. He made my wife and I feel like part of his family. The crew came out the next day and did a wonderful job, they were very clean and professional. I recommend Carden to anyone with Heating or cooling problems.
I had a two-hour window for an appointment with this company. When the technician never showed up for the appointment, I called the company who offered to page the on-call technician. I never heard back. I called again 30 minutes later, and got the same response. Over 1.5 hours later, the technician finally called to say he was on route. The next day, I called to voice my dissatisifaction with the service, and the supervisor in charge was incredibly rude and even hung up on me. I will not use this company ever again!

I am a contractor in Metro Atlanta and have referred the good folks at Carden to all of my customers. Nothing but positive results have ever come from referring Carden Heating and Air. Not only do I refer them to my customers, I use them as well for any HVAC needs that I have. Great company.

We were few weeks without air condition due to failure of the old unit. We called Carden and their sales person came, talked to us and promissed to send us an estimate by the fax or to call us. We never received a fax, never got a call after 7 days waiting for. Obviously, they don't care.
