This is a 100% up front payment career organization, and therein lies part of the problem-- the incentive to deliver diminishes sharply over time. Their people-to-people and interview coaching services are quite good as is support for phone follow up to some prospects.
However, they did not deliver on their multiple resume package-- I got one with some persuasion and persistence. They never delineated a job campaign strategy, preferring to recommend company web site trauling and commercial/social networking sites. They seemed convinced of easily discredited concepts, such as the belief that senior level experienced candidates should lead with their prestigious degrees.
Emails were either ignored or answered with a couple of words that showed poor or shallow understanding of the issue. Bottom line: good people skills insight, weak and somewhat naive service.
