On 08/02/10,I walked my 13 year old husky,Nikita,by leash from my house to the Groming salon for her app at 8am.During her walk to the office there were no signs that the dog was in any distress.I received a call at 10am stating that the grooming was complete sa i walked back to the salon, arriving at 10:05am.I paid for the grooming plus tips, upon my arrival,Nikita was lacking energy, motionless, not being able to stand up or walk on her own.I was told by the groomer that she was not feeling well during the grooming session and would not or could not stand. Why was there was never a phone call to let me know Nikita was not well?If i had been told earlier,I would have rushed her by my car to my vet and possibly saved her.Losing Nikita has broken my hart as she was very much a part of my family.I understand that she might have passed away without the notice, but it relly disappoints me that i was not given the chance to save mi Pet.

I take both of my dogs there once a month for bath and nail trim. The price is great and the staff is friendly. Its a little disorganized but they always seem to pull it together and get the girls back out when they say they will - and they care about the animals. Highly recommend - just don't go in expecting a posh establishment. They make up for it in the quality of their service.
