Don't do what they say they are going to do., 9/28/2010

I came here to purchase another pre-owned car for my wife. After searching many dealerships in the area that did not have what we were looking for we decided to stop here before going home. Upon... arriving we saw a car that was around the amount I wanted to spend so after two test drives we decided to purchase. After deciding on a price, I made it clear that everything was contingent on an inspection as well as replacing a worn tire, repairing some scratches which they agreed to and put on the "We Owe" sheet, they also said they would give a full tank of gas. After the inspections checked out my wife went back to have the other issues corrected and they refused to do anything telling her the only thing they said they could do was try to repair the scratches which they couldn't because they were too deep. I was fine with the scratches; however, they flat out reneged on the tire and the full tank of gas! After giving me the run around and ignoring calls, I drove up there and they still refused to honor the "We Owe" sheet and only agreed to a half tank of gas. I backed down only because I knew my wife needed a car and returning it would have just inconvenienced her even more. Had it been a car for me, I wouldn’t have been so nice. Needless to say, I won’t be a repeat customer.

The sales representatives will try to make money off of you!!!!! BEWARE OF HIDDEN FEES!!!!!! Do yourself a favor and do NOT go there!

Recommended!

I highly recommend the service department at Carey Paul. The staff is so friendly. They always remember me. Its nice to feel like you have your own mechanics. They always answer all my questions. They let me know what is needed in the future but don't pressure me.
