It is Highly Unlikely that i would hire Anyone without first scouring the internet for their Review. But things got hectic and before I knew it my moving date was upon me! So I called the number on this card that I picked up who knows where and had been carrying in my wallet for months. Honestly- had i gotten around to reading the previous reviews i would have NEVER contacted this moving company. However as it turns out they were True to their name- so a Heartfelt Thank You to Cherry, CJ and Bernard for coming to my rescue during my moving ordeal. Yes we experienced some delays but they went above and beyond to make up for it. They did the job Right and in my book- THAT is what Counts! These are Good and Hard working people and Well deserving of your Business- Would I use them again? The answer is YES

Photo of Shannon C. 7 friends 1 review Shannon C. Griffin, GA 1.0 star rating7/11/2015 Agree with another post that I wish I could give less than 1 star!!! Arrived 6 hours late and then expected not only full payment, but extra payment to remove mattress and packaging. Would not recommend to an enemy, much less, a friend. Hurried thru the house to load and unload, said maybe a few words, and then they were off. Big Lots contracted these folks for delivery....when I'm done I'm sure they'll want to find a reputable and dependable business to fulfill their orders from now on!!!!

I am not sure what the bad reviews are about but that was nothing like my experience at all. I used Caring Heart for two cross town moves in Atlanta and was blown away. They arrived on time in clean, well maintained trucks-(they brought an extra "just in case")-they were fast, friendly and professional. Every piece of furniture was wrapped, nothing arrived broken and the owners were nothing short of spectacular. I am a life long renter and have conducted moves in every way imaginable-friends and family, group of day laborers from a temp agency, a couple of guys from in front of Home Depot and so called "Professional Movers". Caring Heart was far and away the best moving experience I have ever had. Not once but twice. I will never use a different moving company again.

I'm not going to type in all caps or try to exaggerate what happened. The simple truth is they damaged a wall to my brand new apartment last year. The movers hid the damage by covering it with with my mattress. I discovered it later that same day and called several times and sent e-mails. They finally responded, asked me to send pictures, then refused to pay for the damage, claiming I'd waited too long to contact despite the phone records and e-mails showing otherwise. I filed a complaint with the BBB, which I'm sure most people don't, and the BBB found in my favor and lowered their score to a 'B-' after the owner refused to respond to my hard proof that he'd damaged my wall and I'd contacted him the day of the damage and nearly every other day afterward. They did also quote me for a certain price on the phone, then charge me a completely different price when they showed up and I pretty much had to pay because I needed to move my stuff. Don't use them, they'll cheat you.

They showed up for my move early... Off to a great start! That ended quickly when the head mover approached me to review what was to be moved. My fiancÚ had called the owner two days prior (cherry) and fully listed in detail all items to be moved. The driver was missing half the list and automatically began to renegotiate a new price. I refused and he backed down. Once the truck was more than half full he told me the office called and was demanding a higher rate. I asked to speak with cherry and she insisted she was right and my fiancÚ was a liar. I witnessed their initial quote conversation. So here I was on my specially arranged moving day with my things on their truck and they are demanding an extra $50. Screw it... I paid it just to get it over with. Their company clearly makes this a normal practice. If anyone reads these reviews and chooses this company you deserve what you get. That last review giving them five stars that speaks so highly of the quality device they provide was obviously done by them. Cherry isn't smart enough to disguise a fake praise review... She certainly can't fool me into not seeing the scam she pulled today. I hope this business goes bankrupt asap.

Consistently late, and you will never hear from them. They damaged our couch beyond belief by dropping it on concrete, scratching it through bushes and hallways, ripping it on two spots and making the back rickety. They would not give us a name of a manager or supervisor, but would just tell us a different made up name everyday of a person or persons whom were never in the office. They are not insured and lord forbid you ask for different movers because they don't have any besides an old, fat, short lady and a boy that managed to knock down our lamp. Very, very long story short, they are buying our couch and having their contract terminated with Big Lots. Extremely rude liars with no insurance, workers, office location, or dignity that will consistently try to charge you for unadvertised fees. STAY AWAY!!!

I hired this company to move my family from one house to another house 15 miles away. I gave a detailed list of each item over the phone. I was quoted a price for 3 men and a truck. Once the movers arrived, only 2 of the men were actually working - leading to a longer time frame than quoted over the phone. Everytime an item was taken to the truck, it took all 3 men. Once the truck was almost full, the head mover noted that the truck was too small. So, they wanted to charge me additional money to make an additional trip - go figure!! Now, with the truck full of all of my family's items, the truck would not start. The movers continued to tell me that a technician was on the way. This drama continued from 4:00 pm until 11:30 pm. The technician never showed. I spoke with the owner of the company and he wanted me to pay for the move before my furniture was deliverd in order to rent a truck to reload with my stuff. The signed contract staed that money was due once the truck was unloaded. I had to call the Union City police in an effort to get some type of documentation so I could hold this company responsible for my items on the truck. My items were delivered by 4:00 pm and Caring Heart did not want to compensate me for my inconvenience, loss of food items, nor lost wages for missing work. PLEASE USE SOMEONE ELSE - there is no professionalism with this company.

I hired these movers to assist with moving a metal curio set I bought at an estate sale, which I told them was heavy because it was metal. When I originally called, they said they would wrap it up and make sure it wasn't damaged AND that they had insurance. They showed up with 1 guy and 1 girl (I would've expected at least 2 men!!!). Cherry was absolutely useless and couldn't help lift it and the curio got stuck in the staircase. We had to ask some guys at the estate to help move it since it was already getting damaged. Since Cherry couldn't lift heavy things, I had to call my friend to show up at my house to help out and also got my neighbor to help. They damaged the curio set some more in the process because Bernard put it on the dolly upside down and scraped the top of the set. Bernard refused to file a claim with the insurance company and refused to reimburse me for the damage. DO NOT GO TO THEM UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET YOUR THINGS DAMAGED. I don't even think they have insurance as they claim. Also, one other thing..when I told him I would take him to court, he said he's had other people take him to court. Obviously, this isn't the first time he's screwed up!!!!

Mrs. Cherry Bush (The Pastors Wife) and owner Of Caring Heart Movers accepted my cash deposit, that she insisted on cash only BECAUSE THEY HAD BEEN TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF BY CUSTOMERS. She gave me a contract with a receipt acknowledging the $130.00 cash deposit for the 7:30 AM move. The next morning she called @ 7:00 AM and said that she could not locate her guys. I have not seen her since!!!!! Mrs Cherry Bush has said that she would return my deposit to my home, never showed...she avoided my calls...Another week later she called saying she had been busy but will return my cash( I have the voice messages). I am yet to see my money. THIS WAS VERY DISHEARTENING, I TRUSTED THIS COMPANY, CONSIDERING THE OWNER IS A PASTOR. MRS BUSH SAT IN MY HOUSE TOLD ME ABOUT THE CHURCH HER 2 SONS AND ONE DAUGHTER IN HIGH SCHOOL AND USED FALSE PRETENSES TO SCAM ME.....COBB COUNTY POLICE WILL BE CONTACTING THIS COMPANY VERY SOON.
