I used a Groupon for a $12 oil change so the value was unbeatable. I scheduled by phone the day before and got a text confirmation soon after. Everything was nice from the moment I pulled into the garage beside the service desks. I was assisted in no time. The wait was nice, they had coffee, a friendly receptionist over by the indoor cars, a Lego table for the children, good AC, and clean restrooms. And when we walked out to get a forgotten pacifier from the car a tech asked us what we needed and said he would bring it and he did...carefully holding it like a pro. It took about 1 1/2 hours to change the oil start to finish and they quoted that ahead of time. I wondered if I would get a sales press when we walked around looking at cars but no one even approached us. That was nice. And it kind of made me want to buy a Buick. They said they checked over the car and all was well, no up selling. I'm pretty sure there was open wifi, I just couldn't stay on it with my phone. A friend mentioned also going up there with the same Groupon and said it was also a very pleasant experience, enjoyed walking around, and only took about an hour. There was a survey team in town that approached the guy next to me (not me because I had a kid with me)and he didn't want to take time out for the survey but said to write down that he comes there because he gets the best service in town, hands down, every time, and an employee whose name I don't remember takes care of everything for him beautifully.

I flew from West Palm Beach, South Florida to purchase my GMC from Carl Black. I had contacted >20 dealerships near my home and further away, and can honestly say that Carl Black Roswell treated me the best, answered my questions, went out of their way to make my deal happen, handled everything with a smile, and responded to everything I asked. In contrast, many other dealers just kept plugging away with the Automated Form Emails, ignoring the questions they didn't want to answer, telling me things I had not asked about, and pushing their own agenda. After driving all the way home, loving my new car, and driving it for a week, I can look back and say that I would absolutely do it all again - in fact, having had the experience I am even more likely to try to buy my next car from Carl Black! Everybody I met, from Sante in Finance, to Jon the manager, James the internet sales manager, Anna who called to give me updates and Daniel who collected me from the airport, everybody was first class. I would do it again in a heartbeat and would not hesitate to recommend Carl Black Roswell to any friend, or anybody else that would like to be treated well and get a good deal. A++++ from somebody who only gives 5*s when they are fully deserved! Thanks, James!! We will be back

I've had negative experiences at both the collision center and regular service departments. The managers have certainly been nice, but unfortunately the work done has been less than stellar. Some basic warranty body moulding work was taken back four times - and my car came back scratched one of the times. I eventually took it to another Pontiac dealership who fixed it and haven't had a problem since (they even washed and detailed my car when I picked it up!).
