Very Impressive
I thought the guys at Carl Gregory Ford were outstanding. Very low pressure in the sale and was very impressed on the time to complete the sales process..Will definitely go back in the future!

"F" For Fantastic!!
With a father, grandfather and brother in the car business for years, I know how important it is to treat customers with utmost respect. And I definitely get that during every visit to Carl Gregory Ford in Ft Payne. The service and sales department reminds me of my father's car business that he ran for years. I feel like part of the family and I will continue to spread the good word about my dear friends at Carl Gregory Ford!

Very Satisfied Customer
Very satisfied with the staff at Carl Gregory Ford. We drove all the way from Summerville to purchase my car and we were treated with respect from the minute we walked through the door. Will definitely be back in the future!

No Pressure
This was the only car dealer in Dekalb or Jackson County that didn't pressure sale. The entire crew were very helpful and courtious. Even the owner came out to each customer to introduce himself.
