A place you can trust
Last weekend my car died about a block away from Carmen's shop so I called a friend to run over and see if he could come help me get my car over to his shop for repair. It was around 1:30 and the shop was closed so as the door was rolling down Carmen saw my friend and asked what she needed. He dropped everything and came to get me in his own car while the tow truck was on it's way. The most common response would have been to say "come back next week when we are open" but this polite professional man was there for me and never made a fuss about the time. When I came back for my car a few days later I was shocked to see the bill didn't have a bunch of charges and labor included. I researched the pricing on the internet and found that Carmen was most honest when tallying up my bill. I would recommend him to anyone that needs a mechanic they can finally trust.
I'm glad he's just down the road from my house.

Finally a mechanic you can trust!
We have been taking our cars to Carmen for over 5 years. Once my Acura needed a new part that was very expensive, Carmen researched it and found the identical Honda part for less than half the price! They are honest, do a great job, never do work unless you approve it first and charge a fair price. I tell everyone I know to take their vehicles to Carmen for repairs and service.

Most reliable i've evey found
I have been going to Carmen for my car repair needs for about 14 years now. I had 3 teenage drivers & their cars plus my wife & my vehicles. Carmen is a great mechanic & person. He is profesional, fairly priced & honest also. Does only work that needs to be done. - I live in Glendale & work in Gilbert. I once had a real axel go out on my car at work. He had a tow truck pick me up at 1:00PM tow me back, replaced axel & had the car in my driveway at 8:00PM that same night, because he knew I needed a car to get to work the next day. How many mechanics do you know who give that kind of service? - I highly recommend Carmen for all your automotive service needs.
