I went to Carnetts for the first time on the east/west connector sometime back in September. I asked for a leather treatment. The machine wash did a below average job. I pulled around and they had a team of guys go over the car with detail spray and a leather cleaner. It turned out nice but at a price tag of over $50. Just today I went back hoping for a quick wash to knock the dirt off my car. I told the guy I wanted a basic wash. He asked me "rims and tires?" I said "well I'd like the tires cleaned but the machine will do that." He gave me a post-it note with basicalluy nothing on it and told me to pull forward. I did so, and the machine did a WAY below average job this time. My car was still filthy. I pulled up and vaccumed my car since I only got a basic wash this was all I needed. I then went inside andgave the lady the blank post-it who told me the price was $12.99. I asked her if that was the correct price for a basic wash and she said no that was for a wash and detail. I told her I did not get the detail. She told me next time I should ask for the basic wash which I told her I did. The price was still $12.99. I could have gone to ANY car wash in this city and paied $3-6 for a better car was than this. "next time ask for.." is unacceptable. The cashier did not care that I was being charged for almost 3 washes. I will NEVER go to a carnetts again.. and I recommend you do the same. I am considering calling corporate for a refund on this horrible experience.

I had to turn in my leased minivan and needed it cleaned inside and out. My young children had made a huge mess of cookies and juice and dirt. I just did not have the time or ability to clean it myself, so I went to Carnetts. They did such a great job! I did not get charged for anything from the leasing company. And the wait was fabulous because they have many things to entertain the kids! I will use Carnett regulary!

I bring my car here when I need a quick clean. The service is usually pretty fast, and they have some kind of guarantee if it rains within a period of time after your car wash (can't remember how long it is). If you want the serious cleaning it costs more and takes longer, and it seems I'm always in a hurry - so I tend to stick with the standard. You can watch your car through most of the process, which I like.

Awhile back, I had my car washed at Carnett's. One of the cleaners dumped solution into the gear shift area. This shorted out the electronics in the transmission and there was clearly cleaning solution in the well underneath. I managed to get it in 1st gear (all the while the manager was denying wrongdoing), and drove it down the street to the dealer. The dealer service dept took it in, looked at it, came back out and asked if I had just had it washed. I said yes, and they said there was a lot of cleaning solution down in the gear change well. I immediately called Carnett;'s back and the manager came back up, and FLAT OUT LIED, and said I HAD told the clean up person (who spoke NO English mind you) that i had dumped coffee in it. an $800 repair!! NEVER WASH YOUR CAR HERE!
