Did they go out of business? their number is not working? i had scheduled a birthday party with the owner and due to Sandy related power outages last year we had to cancel the party and the owner told me i can use the money i had paid in full for the party for this year. now i have tried to email her but no response in 3 days and phone number is not working. I had asked her to send me an email confirmation to state i can use my money for next year and she told me that she would send the email but she never did.

Horrible experience - owner is rude! My son went to a friend's party at Carnival time and we thought it would be a nice option for his birthday. After sending e-mails to the owner and getting no response back, I ended up booking his party somewhere else. My first impression was that the owner was not responsive because she did not have good business sense. What I truly did not like was that after 10 days, when she finally decided to get back to me, she had a really bad attitude. She was very aggressive in her communication, questioning when I had sent her e-mails, then afterwards trying to blame her employee, and when I gave her the facts, she started to scream. Really bad behavior from someone who wants to have a place for kids. Never again!
