Negligent Treatment =Standard of Care at Medi Spa, 6/03/2010

My Oct 2009 restylane injections at the Carolina Medi Spa will now cost nearly $3000 in surgical remedy. The restalyne had been injected too superficially under my eye and created hard nodules under... both my eyes. Photos taken at Duke Aesthetics Center show this clearly. The three well known plastic surgeons I saw about this condition all concurred that surgery is needed. Surgery will cost nearly $3000 at the Duke Aesthetics center. I asked Carolina Medi Spa to treatment. I asked the Medi Spa to compensate me for the exact amount of remedial surgery. April 20, after 2 years of unresponsiveness they refused to compensate me, saying they treated me under the proper standard of care! I will now be forced to seek legal action. Shame on the Medi Spa for not taking responsibility. If this is its standard of care buyer beware.
