Conscientious and detail oriented
Caroline Grant did the legal documentation and "terms of use" I needed to set up an online test preparation service (www.Zukureview.com). This turned out to be fairly complex. She stayed on top of a number of developing legal issues in the world of online liability that I never would have known about, and was flexible about dealing with changes as our business structure evolved. She is conscientious and detail-oriented and does good work.
