Great carpet and front end transaction, but instalation left finger prints, walls scraps all over my newly painted wall.

Was referred to John by my dentist.She has amazing taste in home furnishings,so I trust her when she spoke so hightly.I visited carpet liquidators after alot of comparison shopping.. and frankly wouldnt have gone there on my own,I shopped big box stores.John was not in,but called me and set up a time so I didnt have to make the trip again.He listened to my thoughts on what I wanted and my budget.I bought an expensive home,wanted quality,but running low on funds to get what I wanted! John narrowed the choices,brought samples,worked on price,perfect install.I am very picky,and could not find fault with any part of this experience.I wish I could say that about the rest of the folks I dealt with for other services. Service..price, quality..perfect! John, you are the best!

John's customer service was far and away the worst I've encountered in recent memory. Any changes to schedule or pricing launches him into a personal attack and ego-driven rants. I definitely would not recommend this company to anyone looking for carpet or rugs.

After having trouble in two previous homes (in other states) buying carpet my realtor recommended John Flack at Carpet Liquidators. John not only provided outstanding service but also the best price for carpet we had installed in the entire upper level of our home. John's team of installers did a great job and I am extremely happy with how our home looks. Highly recommend you call him!

FYI - his business name may confuse some into thinking he sells close-outs but that is absolutely not the case.
