Carrabba's is usually one of my favorite restaurants. However, on Sunday, Aug. 10 my wife and I had dinner there and took home the leftovers. I had the chicken trio. It was the next day that I realized one of the chicken breasts was raw in the center. I mean really raw! I fortunately have had no ill affects.

I love Carrabba's and so does my family! We went to this location for my birthday 2 weeks ago and had a 6 o'clock reservation. We arrive and had to sit around for nearly an hour! And when someone from my group asked what was taking so long we just got the slandered answer in a snotty tone "they are getting your table ready" well that took nearly 45 minutes! The food was awesome and the wait staff was ok, they forgot a few things and didn't like it when I told them that the sweet tea was WAY too sweet! So I say go to one of the other locations, where your experience will be a little better.

First, I will say the service was good. That said, the food was below average for the price. The ceasar salad was made with iceberg lettuce instead of romaine and they had slapped on a pile of parmesan and some bottled dressing. The pasta itself was okay but the presentation was pretty bad and the sauce was really, really salty. It was my first visit and I thought for the hype and the price that it was a disappointment. I expected something a little more in the quality department and not so "Chef Boyardee".

My husband and I went for the first time on a Sunday night. Our server was spot on! I ordered the house salad which left something to be desired but my husband's Caesar was excellent. The hot, fresh bread was delicious and our entrees were fabulous. I would definitely return and I recommend this location to anyone.

My husband and I have eaten here several times and like it alot. He is vegetarian and can always find something good and I am not and everything they have is great to me. Fresh ingredients. Great service as well.

I have only been to this Carrabba's one time and had a bad experience. The service was beyond horrible -- the waitress got our orders wrong after waiting a long time for our food. Then she asked if we would eat the food anyway. Never brought kids food at all. Too many bad things to list them all. In the end, we took home 4 adult dinners, 4 kid dinners, a $25 gift cert., and didn't have to pay for a thing! At least the management is good :) We used our $25 at a different Carrabba's.
