My salesman Ryheem was great to work with. Nice guy, or at least he played one on TV. They even let me take a car home for the weekend. Unfortunately when it comes to making a deal it seems they hand it off to the hardball players and they have this good cop bad cop routine. That got real old. Even though I was using a buying service, it still took 5 hours to get a deal done. It left a bad taste in my mouth. I suppose this is typical for most car dealerships. Glad I don't have to deal with this too often.

To make a long story short, I dropped my Frontier off to have a known issue taken care of a fuel sensor that caused the check engine light to stay on. After performing the recall, they called and tried to pressure me into agreeing to a $1k catalytic convertor replacement to resolve the check engine light and lied about the engine codes. Be very careful if you allow them to do any factory recall work.

When I bought a used car from Carriage, the papers were signed right at closing time. During the negotiations, I was told I could get a spare key, head light repair, and an Aux In installed on the stereo. When it came down to signing, that wrote a head light repair and the Aux In and was promised over and over that they had a spare key and would get one to me ASAP. 1) My wife took my car in for the headlight repair which took them 3 hours and two hours later, it still had moisture in it. I took it to the dealership being that it was still under warranty and it was replaced. 2) The Aux In was now going to be a $180 charge of which was promised to be thrown in at no cost to me. 3) I have had my car for over 1 month and I still do not have a spare key. Carriage Nissan does not finish a deal to the very end. Once you sign, it's over. Terrible guys!!!
