This place tries to make everyone into a blond. I guess so you will have more roots, maintenance, which means more money for them! This location is awful, it felt like an assembly line.... no personal attention! I will not go back.

I went here because this is where she went and brought her kids. I was a little shocked at how rude the people were and then i paid 45 + tip for a 1" trim and I had to blow-dry my own hair or pay an additional $15 for them to do it. I am not impressed...

I have been going to this salon for 2 years hoping that it will improve with each visit. Unfortuantely that has not been the case. The receptionist are very rude and seem to be of the mindset that are elite. The pricing is ridiculous! I went in for a wet cut and all over color and was charged almost $200! The haircut that I recieved was not even a haircut, he barely removed a 1/4" insisting that I did not need a full haircut. Also, if you do not tip well you will not receive good service upon return. I am shopping for a new salon. I don't mind paying for services but I will not pay for poor services!

Started out good. However the stylist stopped listening to what I wanted and cut my hair her way. Terrible last four haircuts. I could have received the same cut at a Great Clips for 1/8 of what I paid her. Also, expect to tip more than 20% or you will not get good service upon your return. I will not go back. Extremely disappointing!
