A bad windshield tint that left visible debris btwn the tint & glass that was poorly cleaned, plus small bubbles. The excuse was that my glass was "very dirty." Here's the deal, I specifically asked PRIOR to going in if I should clean the windshield 1st. I was told, No. They offered a redo. I figure if you can't get it right the 1st time, a 2nd go is null, especially when I simply don't the have time to spare. They gave me half back. If you offered a "redo," then you should have given me full price back. Because they didn't, I decided to share my bad experience. I have a few celeb friends who used them in past. Trust that they won't be returning bc they referred me and were disappointed with my experience. If Cartunes wants to associate with a partner who offers poor quality service, then it shows they have poor business judgement.

Thank you for the review. We're proud to be associated with our friends at Oasis Window Tint. Unfortunately, however they are human and do make mistakes. They did offer you a full redo AND discounted the product for you which tells me that they stand behind their work and were willing to fix the issue. Unfortunately, window tint is not a perfect science and of the hundreds of window tint jobs they do, every once in a while a job will arise with a few imperfections which they're more than willing to make right. Thank you again for your time in posting your review but one shouldn't expect all businesses to be perfect all the time but one should expect them to fix a problem when a problem arises and do everything in their reasonable power to accommodate you, which we believe they did.
I went to Cartunes the other day to make a warranty claim stressed thinking it was a day past the year. Then I get to the place and realized it'd been closed for over an hour, but then I see a guy walking into the back door to the install bay and desperate,(and surely scaring the crap out of him)I go up and knock on the door after him. Phillip came to the door, and(though the warranty may not have actually been up after all) he was sympathetic with my situation. He actually switched out and installed a new sub in my car right on the spot and even gave my some tips to extend the life of my sub even though they had been closed for and hour and a half! Not that's service! These guys really care about their customers!

Cartunes was awesome! I was in a bind when my car's radio went out and was not covered by the car's warranty. I was referred to Cartunes and was hesitant at first as I have only know them to install sound systems and upgraded raido/ tv accessories. When I arrived I met Nick who went above and beyond to get a new radio in my car within a matter of a couple of hours. They found a radio that would be a perfect fit and it was reasonable in price. Cartunes of Atlanta quickly solved an audio issue I was having with my factory installed Sirius radio. I had previously taken the car to the dealership for service. They had quoted $800 to replace the entire radio. Jim at Cartunes figured out the problem within minutes, fixed the problem, and all at a very minimal cost. I was thrilled with Cartunes terrific customer service and determined attitude!

I don't understand the negative reviews. I've been coming here for years and they've never disappointed me. My car now has an incredible sound system. If ever there is problem or question, I just give them a call or drop by - the customer service and knowledge is the best! They can do anything you can dream of to satisfy your vehicular aural and gadget fantasies.

These guys without a doubt are the best!! They have been in business for over 32 years and I have been using them for over 20 years for myself, daughter, son and always referring my friends. Kudzu to them !!!

Awesome service! Competitive pricing! If you want your job, no matter how custom, to be done correctly, go here! I would guess that Best Buy and other lower end retailers have there place, but I would never go them again. They know their stuff cold and it shows - lots of celebs in town have their cars/trucks/ships done here. And will be going back to them for a custom job when the iPad 2/macmini revision ships later this year - can't wait! DDS MD

Maserati dealer recommended Cartunes for installation of touch screen navi, blue tooth, iPod and DVD player. It looked great after install only problem is it does not work. I contacted dak at Cartunes several times by phone since I live out of state and finally got fedup and drove to atl spent whole day in shop with them. System worked 1 day and on fritz again. Plus they damaged car leather and forgot to tighten seat back properly. Poor experience with this store

I do not recommend this company for a laser jammer install on a Mercedes. Though they sell & install Blinders, they did not do a good job on my Laser Interceptor. The external sensors were not installed properly and they cannot seem to fix them. They charged me more than the original quote. The only positives are the interior install (very nice) and that the installer had the best customer service. The salesman was pleasant at first until he realized they could not resolve the problem. The owner had to get involved and even he was trying to debate rather than resolve the issue. No apologies for lack of delivery on promises. I'm filing a complaint with the BBB and my credit card co is helping me recoup my money until it's resolved - always pay with a credit card.

i went into the shop and was refused service because someone that use to own my car had not been a good customer terrible service and jim has the worst attitude of everyone in the place would not recommend this shop to anyone they over price quotes adding that they would install speakers in my door for 175.00 for a bmw dont let them take you for ride do your homework and shop around went to elite auto who took care of my car and charged half the price
