Oscar and his assistant did a great job on replacing rotten trim and a huge foyer window/rotten frame.
Got my rental property repainted on the exterior using this business. My case manager Jimmy was very professional. The crew completed the job on time and were easy to talk to when I went to inspect... the job. My house looks good! The only issue I had to deal with was the payment process. I failed to give them the mailing address for my credit card and they keyed in the rental property address as the payment address. They tried to process the payment multiple times which then created an "insufficient funds" code on my card each additional time they tried to process the payment. Multiple $$$$ processing will do that to your average Joe. This further created a big hassle with them continually contacting me to correct the payment problem; although it could not be corrected in the manner they had desired. I know they probably thought I was someone who had services done but didn't pay, however, I let them know that my credit union said to wait until the erroneous payment fell off, which it did in approximately three days. Penny was professional about it though and did not become rude or disrespectful to me. With that said, I would use their services again.VIEW MORE »VIEW LESS »

My house looks worse than it ever has in our 25 years here. Casey's used inappropriate caulk to prepare the wood and it looks terrible! Many areas of the stain were poorly done, and my windows were never painted at all! Many phone calls have been made to the office, a couple of times I actually got to talk to someone other than a secretary, and nothing has been done to begin to fix this.
Casey's attempted to prep and stain my 3-storey cedar sided house.

They first quoted me one price then at the end charged even more and they made excuses for that. Also they replaced pieces and they don't match. I tried contacting him for months but they never came out to fix the mistakes they made. Horrible service. Do not recommend them.

Dear SammieTok, we are sorry to hear that there was miscommunication about our services and pricing at Casey’s Painting. We respect and appreciate our customers and strive to see that all our customers are 100% satisfied; however, we are not able to change contractual agreements like pricing after 8 months of the job being completed. The crew went back out to the residence and corrected all the issues that needed to be done and explained the post caps had been discontinued and could not be matched. The crew was told that it was okay and now after 8 months, we receive this. We have no records of you calling for months and the call we did receive was followed-up within 24 hours. Again, we are very sorry for any bad experience you had with Casey’s Painting and hope to move forward. Thank you.
Casey's Painting is impressive from start to finish. Jimmy was thorough, and his proposal included finding and pointing out boards that needed to be replaced - and the crew did a fantastic job. Details make the difference! I recommend them highly -

Casey's Painting painted the exterior of my house and three interior ceilings three weeks ago. Brad Cochran promised me the job would be done and totally cleaned up before my daughter's graduation party and he delivered 100%. The house looks better than it ever has and I was very impressed with the professionalism of the painters that worked inside and outside my house. I highly recommend Casey's Painting and will definitely use them whenever I have painting needs. I have already referred them to my father for a paint job that he has. Great experience.

I had to write to express how awesome Brad and his team were on Friday! They showed up EARLY to the appointment and were prepared to do the job! I did not have to worry about anything during the whole time they were painting the inside of my home. As a homeowner who is putting their house on sale, the last thing you want to deal with is a stressful painting experience. Brad was very personable and followed up after the call to make sure I was pleased. My house was painted on 5/15/2015 and literally every day I have been in awe looking at the job they did! I plan on using Caseys Painting in the future and recommend them to everyone!

We've had Caseys come in and do small painting jobs for us before, but when they repaired, primed, and painted our eaten-up chimney siding, we were really impressed! They worked VERY hard for three days. I didn't think it would take that long, but it turned out to be more extensive damage than we thought. We weren't sure the paint would match exactly to the rest of the siding, but it's perfect! Todd, our salesman was excellent. His estimates are right on target, as well. He shows up when he says he will, which is rare these days! We will be calling them again for more work. They are more than just painters. We feel good about our house again. 😊

We had Casey's come out and do a complete exterior repaint on our home. Our house had been neglected for a number of years, so there was a lot of wood/siding repair required. They did a good job with all the necessary repairs at a very reasonable price. There were a couple minor issues throughout the process, but Rick stood behind his word and made sure everything was done 100% to our satisfaction with no questions asked.

I had Todd's crew come out and paint our house so we could put it up for sale. Todd and his crew were very detailed, the job was completed quickly and was cleaned up promptly after. I would absolutely recommend Casey's Painting!

Casey's painting Painted interior of our home and they claim they fix popped nail heads settlement cracked ceiling joints. They didn't do the job correctly within 5 months the cracked ceiling joints had cracked open and the popped nails reappeared. They came and fixed the needed repairs and again the same problems reappeared. The work is unsatisfactory

I was very impressed with the work that they did on the exterior of our house. Perez the foreman was great to work with and Brad the supervisor responded promptly to our requests. I was especially impressed at the concern the workers gave to my flower beds, making sure not to step on my flowers or get paint on our shrubs. They even took a small bristle brush and swept up our walkway each evening as part of their clean up. I would highly recommend them and the quality of their work.

Service is extremely poor focusing more on what works for them than the customer. I had used them once before and had to call them back to fix some things. This time I'm not using them as their salesperson is interested in only what works for his schedule. Office staff doesn't seem to care either.
