CASEY’S PAINTING can not be trusted to complete the task at hand. Joe Casey (the owner) and his counter part Todd fail to follow through for the customer. I was charged $1,325 twice which put a pending hold on my account for 6 days.Joe Casey’s told me, “Do not expect me to snap my fingers to fix the issue at hand, we did not swipe your card twice.” They had the same issue last week too according to Joe Casey. Joe Casey wanted to give me a check for the problem. A check for the outage would not have solved the hold on my account. It would have put the burden on me to solve the issue. One Joe could put a stop payment on the check or then state I did not pay them and then file a lien against me and my property.This is the kicker; Joe Casey tells me he is an honest man, what a joke. This company idea of solving a problem is to avoid the issue then deny, deny and deny that we have a problem. Honesty and integrity go hand and hand which he does not have.I left six messages with these guys and no calls were returned. Not until I told them I was in the process of filing a police report for identity theft did they speak with me.The internal financial control of the company does not exist. After they take your credit card information who knows what they do with it. I do, they charge your account twice.I had to filed report with the Better Business Bureau, FTC, Georgia Department of Consumer Affairs Office

Replaced rotten wood and broke our stucco. Chuck immediately responded to the problem but never sent the "touch up" person to repair and repaint the stucco. Referred us to a wonderful carpenter who replaced double doors in our daylight basement (without chipping the stucco.) Casey's promised to caulk and paint the new doors. Never did. Did not return 3 phone calls about this. Owner did not return our call either. They caulked and painted the windows the same day. Trampled one bush. Sales literature says they expect payment the day after the job is completed after phoning the customer. They wanted payment immediately. The sales representative seemed very honest, apologetic and promised to follow-up but never did. Another company which cannot be trusted. The interior painting they did was satisfactory.

Casey's Painting continues to post flyers in Brookstone neighborhoods, although they have been contacted by the homeowners association to cease. Joe Casey has been adamant in the past that he doesn't care what the covenants of Brookstone are, nor does he care what the BBB states, he will continue to post trashy flyers in a covenant protected neighborhood. He has been contacted by the head of the Brookstone Homeowners Association as well as by Willoughby and Sewell as its developer.the mailboxes of Brookstone are his to trash up whenever he feels about it (Please read his responses to the BBB on the previous complaint). The previous occurance, the receptionist became somewhat tongue-tied as she knew all to well that this complaint has been lodged many times.to no avail....

Great paint job. Todd gave estimate 4/26 which included wood repair. On 5/21 cleaning was done. Paint crew came and repaired wood & painted on 5/23 & 24. All done professionally and cleaned up. Waited until now and work was PERFECT. Paint crew hard workers and knew what they were doing. I had 5 estimates & Casey beat them all. Go with CASEY - great value!

Casey's started off with double talk about prices, saying that pressure washing was not incl in the ext painting, after providing a separate estimate for pres washing the drive. We came to an agreement and I proceeded to use them. Mistake #1! Then they chipped my hardyplank and initially denied it. They repaired it but that board did not quite match the rest of the hardyplank and when I asked for a quote to go ahead and paint the hardyplank (I was having only trim done) they came back with an outrageous, very noncompetitive figure now that I was over a barrel. They also left the missing screens from the back off of the front. They poked a nail through the wall and into the AC system on the interior, when installing trim, resulting in my needing to pull the newly installed trim off as part of the AC repair. They refused to come re-install the trim. I arranged a meeting with the owner and his representative, Earl. The owner refused to meet the evening we spoke, preferring family time over cust service, so we set a time for the next Sat. The two never showed up!! Also, during the phone call, the owner accused me of lying to him about several points. It was bizarre! He also said that I had no recourse because if I complained to the BBB he would simply respond to the complaint with a letter to them and they would remove my complaint. Funny, I never mentioned the BBB. Hmm Anyway, I wish I would have never used Casey's and would encourage you to think twice....
