I did not complained.but then my grand daughter notice he had burns on his ear and neck. you would think that they would care, instead of being in a rush.casper groomers should understand that our pets are part of our family,I will not return nor will i recomend anyone. I have been a customer of Casper's for over a year. Today I dropped off my dog (a yorkiepoo) to be groomed. When I arrived home, I noticed red spots on my passenger seat. I looked around and there were spots all over the back seat and on my pants. Upon inspection, I saw that his foot was bleeding. They trimmed his toenails way too short and cut into the meat underneath, and he was bleeding all over the place. I called them immediately to report the injury, and I was told to "just use bleach or hydrogen peroxide" to clean out my car. I asked for a refund, and told them I wanted them to pay for all the blood to be cleaned out of my car and for a vet to examine and treat my dog's foot. The owner became extremely irate, and hung up on me twice, but not before yelling obscenities, calling me a fu***** bi*** and telling me I would regret it if I tried to sue them in small claims court. Needless to say, I'll be filing my claim first thing Monday morning. The owner of Casper's had a dismissive, nonchalant attitude, and actually told me that "this [dog's getting their nails cut too short and bleeding] happens everyday and it's not a big deal." If you care about your pet's health, do NOT take him or her to Casper's Pet Grooming.

The person handling our dogs, kept referring to one of them as being "Weird" that was actually rather inappropriate. While he may be different and a big timid and shy, you would think a trained professional would be able to work with that instead of continuing to tell me how weird my dog is. My dog since being there has been very uncomfortable and seems a bit disturbed. Not sure what you did to him there, but I will not bring my dogs back to you again... The saviors that you display in your place of business, you would think one could handle a little chiuaua with a little more patience and care, of which obviously was not done. He has been very withdrawn from the time I picked him up and that is not like him. I am not happy at all with the service we received, or the attitude of the person who assisted us.

Have brought my dog there twice to be groomed. They've always done a good job on her, although she's a barker and I don't think they appreciate that so they always try and get her in and out, which is fine by me :-) Friendly staff, convenient location, and reasonably priced.

I love to take my dogs to Caspers. My pets have been going for years until we moved. The people their seem to really do a great job and they treat our pets very well. They always seem to make room for one more pet even when no appointments were made.
