I am surprised at Kudzu for allowing a post from "Speedy1", who is a obviously a dis-gruntled former employee ,who was fired for discrimination and severe sexual harassment of employees and residents Our apartments are clean,comfortable,and pest free. We have not had "stabbings, or shootings", nor do we have drug dealers. Check with The City of Forest Park for crime statistic. 1/2 of residents have lived there 10+ years. Check us out- we have nothing to hide!

The apartments are roach infested and if you have a leak in the apartment they will not fix it right away if you are either Hispanic or black. They expect you to pay your rent on time but refuse to put security or do anything about all the drug dealers in their complex. There has been shootings and stabbings in the complex, but as long as the drug dealers pay their rent, they will keep them their. The security of their residents are not their priority. I had to stop working for a company with no morals and racist.

pleasant acres.forest arms.a&h apartments in forest park are good if you consider thier age.the manager should remember the residents pay the bills..and residents are moving because of the manager..being rude and thinking she is better than her residentschill wendy;...
