On time, professional
Sean performed a preventative maintenance visit - he showed up on time and cleaned up before leaving. During the visit, he pointed out that the gas line into the furnace was not up to code. After I confirmed this with an independent expert, I again called Casteel and scheduled another visit for them to bring it up to code. Sean returned (work order #34345), was on time, completed his work in less than an hour, and again cleaned up the work area before leaving.
I started using Casteel after one of their competitors did not show for several pre-paid appointments. (That competitor also never bothered to tell me that the gas line was not up to code.) I wish I had called Casteel sooner!
