Cat Care of Vinings

After working for veterinarians for 20 yrs, I took my kitties to CCOV after hearing such wonderful things about them from clients. They were right. The name "Cat Care of Vinings" is a good one b/c they genuinely care about your feline "baby". I travel 45 minutes (from Decatur) to go to them when I could easily go to a vet that I've worked for in the past and receive a hefty professional discount. It's worth the drive and cost to know my babies are receiving the best possible care and affection. Dr. Mike and staff always make my babies feel so special and give them their upmost attention during each visit. Dr. Mike's candid approach and immense knowledge is impressive. I have told all my friends to come to her! They hesitate b/c of the distance but I tell them she's worth it!

I brought a feral cat to Cat Care that I wasf finally able to catch. They went out of their way to work with him; even having 2 vets attend to his needs. It is nice to find a place that really cares about the animals!

I've used CCV for my 2 cats and various foster cats for 3 years now. On my first trip, Dr. Mike correctly diagnosed an issue that a previous vet had mis-diagnosed. Given that, and their professional staff and office, I was so impressed that I haven't gone elsewhere since. I love that Dr. Mike also gives generous support to a local no-kill cat shelter where I volunteer (and how I first learned about her). I love that there are various cats who live in her office as permanent members of the practice. When Dr. Mike helped my mom's cat leave the physical world, she made it a calm & respectful event, and explained everything in advance. I highly recommend CCV.

I travel across town to take my cat here. I live next to another cat only vet, but chose to go to CCOV, because I know everyone there cares for Murphy just as much as I do. Even when my cat freaked out at Dr. Mike, Dr. Mike took her time to let him calm down and explained EVERYTHING that was happening to me. I would drive across the state if I had to, to take Murphy here because they are that good!

I have used other vets and this one far exceeds my expectations. My cats are relaxed and the staff is great! The vets listen to the owner and are devoted to the care of the cats. I highly recommend this clinic to any cat owner.
