Started off on a bad note, but they fixed it, 8/13/2008

Original Review: ... charged us $600 for no work, and still have not given us the money back. We've got a complaint into the credit card company withholding payment. The owners are stalling about returning our money, so I wouldn't use them again.> Update: The company made the problem right. The owner's wife came out and did the repairs herself and was very nice about it and apologized for the whole thing. The man who owns the business was in the hospital when we were trying to contact them, so we thought they were giving us the run around, but they actually do want to do a good job and are honest (He did yell at my mom and thought that we were lying, when it was actually his employee who was lying, but he was having a rough time because of a blood clot in his leg, so we will overlook his initial bad attitude). They tell me that they have changed their policy and check their employees' work after every job. We would use them again.

Bird trapped in the house, 6/04/2008

Stephen Shufelt had to play "McGuyver" in order to remove a bird who flew into our house and fell down in a crack between the wall in the built-in shelves (bird was trying to hide on the top of the... built-in shelves). He was very professional, quick and safely brought the bird outside the house. I highly recommend him. It did a great job!

We have spoken to the homeowner about this situation. These customers live out of town and have had thier neighbors to check the work. They are coming into town to observe what has been completed on thier home. The repairs have been completed and we will insure clients are happy with results.

Total Rip Off

We hired Catch-it-Wild to rat-proof our home and gave them $1200 + for a 2 year guarantee. We wasted our money. The company owners refuse to speak to you once they have been paid; they hire un-qualified and un-professional people. This outfit is a total rip-off!!! Take your business elsewhere!!!

Bee Removal

I had a giant bees nest under a soffit sitting about 35 feet off the ground with trees blocking the best approaches by ladder. Steve with Catch It Wild worked it out and called me every day to check on the results. They ensured the job was done right before they were done. Excellent quality, very friendly, and professional. Plus, they found a way to save me money on the nest removal, even though it mean less money for them.

Professional and Reasonable Staff

I recently had some honey bees nesting at my house. I called the receptionist, and she explained to me the cost and details. Their price is much more reasonable compared to the other guys I have called around, who are almost double the price for the service I was asking. There were some minor issues with the technician coming, but it was taken care of with one phone call with the receptionist. The technician who came was professional and did his job very well. Overall, I highly recommend going with them. They performed what they were paid to do professionally. The staff is reasonable; not rude at all. I am very glad I chose them to get rid of the bees. It was a great value for quality service.

Mixed review

We have used this company for 2 different issues. The first time, the they were excellent so we wanted to use them again when we discovered that rodents were moving in under our deck. Steve did a good job investigating the problem and keeping his appointments, but we experienced some serious problems with him regarding the estimate, work quality and his general combative attitude. When I contacted the office they were very helpful and rectified the situation.

Excellent Service

Very professional. They went over in detail what type of bees we had, how they would take care of them and further prevention tips. Very friendly too. Price was reasonable and I would definitely use them again - although hopefully I won't need to ;)

Disgruntle worker

The review written by masterrenovators is from a disgruntle worker who was let go from the company because of his poor customer service and he was also having clients write checks out to him personally and not the company and keeping the money for himself. He is actually the one who has been caught lying and stealing from the company he worked for. We are making him liable for his actions and taking steps to insure that this never happens again.
