We never had any classes together and have not really kept in touch since, but I must disclose that I know Catherine from high school (25 years ago). A month ago, our mini-van needed a new power steering high-pressure hose. Tricky repair because it runs along firewall near bell housing. Dealer wanted $775 to replace. Part was $150. Maybe its the lower overhead, but Catherine's replaced the hose, plus a few other items, like a license plate bulb, for $450. Toby (at Southland Circle) was great to work with. They squeezed us in the day I called and even shuttled me 5 miles each way to work. I tipped the mechanic who drove me, because you gotta take care of the folks who take care of you. Catherine's will take good care of you and your car. P.S. - No longer located at 1172 Northside Drive. Now at Southland Circle and Piedmont Circle. Trying to get her to come to Sandy Springs / Dunwoody.

I have had repairs at both of Catherine's shops and have been very pleased. It's almost impossible to find honest mechanics who guarantee their work. Catherine does and has since she first opened her shop on Piedmont. As a woman who takes care of her own vehicle maintenance, I would highly recommend Catherine's. You won't be disappointed!

A/C compressor and Belt/Pulley replacement. A/C - brought to their attention and at first told they did nothing wrong and the problem was elsewhere. After I persisted, to their credit, they made it right after 3 months. The Pulley/Serpentine Belt repair completely failed, broke, and damaged the alternator, and left me stranded after less than 2 years and 13k miles.

We have been taking my wife's 15-yr-old Cadillac SDV there for 2+ yrs for everything from oil changes to major A/C work to emissons, etc., and we have been very pleased. This car can be finicky about passing the annual emissions test, and Toby and his guys have been honest and on top of keeping it purring.

Couldn't find leak at gasket.I did, fixed. They couldn't find new leak where I said it was.I'll fix. Obvious leaks. Told us the wet gasket was from something else. Obvious bent rad. pipe then leaked badly. Took back & they couldn't find that leak. Picked up & removed cap and hose @ pipe leaked badly. Maybe they're better @ other things.

At first, I thought I was going to have a pleasant experience. But then, the rug was pulled out from under me. I had to leave my car overnight. Well, it rained. Needless to say, the brilliant employees at Catherine's did NOT close my windows all the way. My cloth seats were VERY WET and I so much enjoyed picking leaves out of my car! Not even an apology. But wait, it gets better. So, I drive away and notice my front wheel is making noise. I bring it back; they tell me there is nothing wrong with the wheel. As I drive away, it is getting worse. On my way home I decide to pull into a dealership. Guess what? The Einstein's working at Catherine's did NOT put on all the lug nuts! My wheel could have fallen off, according to the dealership! Needless to say, MORE things were found wrong from my costly visit to this questionable 'repair' shop. Oh, and when I brought it to the attention of management...I don't have enough space! You have been warned!

I was in & out quick and when promised which is unheard of in that industry. The bill was much less then expected and I couldn't have been happier with the customer service and work performed! I felt for once that I wasn't getting screwed at the shop!

Many of my friends at Tech recommended Catherine's. They were honest, straightforward and friendly. The prices were very fair. The only bad side is that the location is pretty awful to get into and out of.

They really know Hondas, and I've always been comfortable with the price of the repairs, plus I know they won't take advantage of me. Everyone who works there is very understanding and honest.

I have a 1996 jetta that needed more work than I would have liked. The folks at Catherine's were quick and professional...a real pleasure to deal with. The work was great, and the price was reasonable. Catherine's will get all of my repair business from now on.
