This place is horrible! On many occasions this place has tried to perform unwarrented exams. Today they told me my dog isn't spayed and she most definetly is!They tried to over charge me for some medication! They told me I needed to get a tooth pulled because it was rotten, and when they told me how much it was I went for a second opinion. Guess what...I was informed that the tooth was just bruised and it would be fine in a couple of weeks.

I just recently moved to the NW end of town...just around the corner from Centennial hills vet. and I had an issue with my 2yr old dog. he had a hematoma and i had heard about all the horrible experiences my friends were having with vets. I went in and they did surgery. he stayed the night. the follow up appts were very easy and they were very patient with me. i had alot of questions. my dog is doing well and the whole thing was uneventful. I am so happy i found them!!

I have been taking my moms and now my animals here for years. They are great to work with and the pets actually do not mind going to the vet here. They are always very helpful and willing to answer your questions.

I have being using this animal hospital for the past 3 1/2 years. When I first moved here to Vegas, my King Charles Spaniel ended up with a really bad injury to his hip. The doctor I saw was extremely upfront and unhonest with all of my options. He spent a great deal of time discussing everything with me, and let me make my own decision with treatment. During this time, I needed to take my dog in several times after hours, and Dr. Neal would not hesitate getting up out of his bed at mid-night to meet me at the hospital. I truly appreciate his caring demeanor for my dog. I am happy to report that after surgery, my dog made a full recovery, and is doing very well. We have had other emergencies with some of our other dogs, and we have always received the same type of care. I highly reccomend this hospital. I also appreciate their hours. They are open 7 day a week, and the office hours are fantastic if you work like myself. I for one hate appointments, and I don't mind waiting. I have never waited longer than 15 minutes, and if you call ahead they will let you know how long the wait is.

I went to this vet for over 2 years now and I really liked them in the beginning but now they no longer take appointments, which I think is ridiculous, and so you can expect to wait. The vets are great...but the girls at the front desk are generally rude. I used to dread going in there just dealing with the girls typing on the computer pretending like they dont see you waiting to be helped and when they do finally acknowledge you, they arent happy to do it. I am changing vets as I believe for the money I pay to these people, that I should get good service from the time I walk in the door to the time I walk out. And they have also raised their prices since I started there....they were fairly new when I started there and I think they started low to get customers. It pays to shop around.

The Dr.'s here are really compassionate and truly care about your pet. I've had several emergency's with my puppy and they were kind, attentive and even called me every few hours with updated.
