If you want to deal with poor customer service and being overcharged for every possible thing, definitely rent an apartment from Centennial Ridge/Village. The staff was apparently under-trained, as they never correctly handled any of my and my roommates' issues. Upon leaving, my roommate and I were charged $200 for a kitchen cleaning fee (not in our contract). We were charged $30 "sink cleaning fees" which were also not mentioned on the contract (I double checked). They always found a way to sneak charges on renters; our neighbors downstairs also received outrageous charges at move-out. The thanks we get for patronizing your business...Centennial Village definitely left a bad taste in my mouth. My roommates were penalized for signing their contracts early, as I only paid $450, but they each paid $500. The rent price is definitely not worth what you get. You are much better off living a bit farther from campus, perhaps in a house. The only plus-sides are ample parking and good location. Still, it is not worth it to live there and I would never recommend this apartment complex to a friend. Save your money and live anywhere but here!

Management does not follow through with promises. Attempts to contact parent company went unanswered. Facility is not well maintained, painting never done as agreed to on contract. Upgrades never performed. Incentives promised, never given.
