I've been a cat owner for over three decades and Dr Gray was hands down the best veterinarian I have ever met. I wish I knew about her years ago but only started going to her about a year before she closed. She was intelligent, compassionate and had a "sixth sense" when it came to cats - an intuition if you will - that allowed her to sense a problem. My cats picked up on this and trusted her immediately. In looking for a vet to replace her I happened upon her listing. How I wish she were still practicing, as she specialized in older cats and my 17 year old kitty is very ill now. If anyone knows of a vet who can somehow fill her shoes, please message me through this site. Thank you.

If you have a cat or multiple cats I would only consider a cat specialist like Feline Medicine. We have just started going there and my goodness what a difference from our general vet. Our cats will only go here from now own. I would not see a general practioner for brain surgery and I will not see a general vet any longer for cat care!!!!

Dr. Gray has been my vet for 9 years. She is compassionate and smart, and she treats every cat like the special members of the family we know they are. All my cats have loved her. They also appreciate not having to deal with the stress of having dogs around (visits to the vet are tough enough).

I have been taking my cats to Dr. Gray for over ten years and you can tell she truly loves cats and cares about your cat and you. My husband gave me a precious Persian kitten for Christmas one year. My previous vet told me not to get too attached to my kitten, gave him medicine and said bring him back in two weeks if he is still alive. I changed vets immediately and upon a recommendation went to Dr. Gray who told me I had a very sick little kitten but "let's see what we can do to get him well" and with many visits she did just that! He had many problems the whole time I had him but Dr. Gray gave that precious cat nine years he wouldn't have lived. I now have another precious Persian and would not let anyone else take care of him but Dr. Gray. If you love your pet you want the best for them and Dr. Gray is the best. Anyone so totally concerned about fees doesn't deserve Dr. Gray whose specialty is cats. It is always hard to lose a pet but some people expect miracles when miracles don't always happen. Dr. Gray would not do anything that is unnecessary and she is completely trustworthy and compassionate. I can't imagine anyone thinking otherwise.

Dr. Gray treated my beloved Blackie for many years, and literally brought him back from the dead once. During his final days, I spent thousands of dollars on him without batting an eye, because he was like a member of our family. When he was terminal with kidney cancer, Dr. Gray too care of him with compassion and professionalism to a degree I have rarely encountered in another vet. After my family completes moving to another county in the near future, I will make the hour and a half drive to Dr. Gray without hesitation or complaint, because I will entrust my 3 cats to no one else.

To paraphrase Abe Lincoln, you can't please all the people all the time. However, I want to go on record to say that Dr. Marie Gray is a fabulous veterinarian, and a first rate human being. She's cared for my kitties for over 8 years, one of whom had serious health issues, and I know her to be compassionate, knowledgeable, professional, and ethical. I would highly recommend Dr. Gray to anyone looking for the absolute best there is to offer in feline health care.

I took my wonderful 17 year old cat, Celeste, to Dr. Gray after receiving a recommendation. She seemed sweet and caring and performed a hernia surgery. A few weeks later, the hernia ruptured again, because Dr. Gray didn't fix it properly the first time. She apologized and told me that she would "take care of it." A month later when I brought Celeste in for a follow up, she found yet another another hernia further up that she had "missed" when she did the 2nd surgery, and she wanted to operate a 3rd time! I started to take Celeste to another vet for a 2nd opinion, but Dr. Gray became very insistant and talked me out of it, saying "I'll take care of it." A few weeks later, I received a bill for over $3000 even though these surgeries were due to her incompetency (and my poor cat had to deal with the pain of 3 major surgeries)! A year later, Celeste was in severe pain, so I rushed her to Dr. Gray (since her records were already there). She told me that from the x-ray Celeste had widespread cancer and needed to be put to sleep. I was so distraught that I didn't question why the bloodwork didn't show anything to indicate cancer, and Dr. Gray said she was positive that's what it was. She euthanized Celeste, and I regret making that decision. I now wish I had taken Celeste somewhere for a sonogram (my dog had a similar x-ray that looked like cancer, but was ulcers). Dr. Gray is sweet, which is why she gets such great reviews, but technically, she isn't the best vet.

Dr. Marie Gray is tremendous! She has taken care of my three little "angels" for last 10 years. Yes, she is more expensive but if you want the best sometimes you have to pay for it! The staff there is excellent as well. Demeka is so kind and helpful and always gets me in to see Dr. Gray when my kitties need to see her. I highly recommend the Center for Feline Medicine for your cats!!

I have been taking my cats to this veterinarian since 1990 & I would NOT go anywhere else! Dr. Grey and her staff provide thorough care and plenty of love to their patients, and the Mommys & Daddys who bring in the patients. Thanks to their service, one of our kitties lived a good-long life (21 years).

My cats hate going to the vet but Dr. Gray really loves her patients and give loving care! It's a tad expensive but we're willing to pay more so out cats are REALLY cared for and not just another four-legged patient.

I began taking my two cats to Dr. Gray only a few years ago, on the recommendation of a friend. I am so glad!!! I would not consider going anywhere else for my beloved cats. They are thorough, mindful, kind, and professional. I would strongly recommend taking your cats to them before going anywhere else. Oh - and it is quite a trek for me to take my cats there, but it is worth it for my little ones.
