The front office is not organized and do not treat visitors well. I've had to be turned away because staff was not ready for me during a scheduled visit. It is difficult scheduling a visit. I wonder if they are there to make money rather than help people. It is not always obvious.

The front office is dreadful. You wait on hold for 10 minutes to make an appointment, and show up to discover they either booked it in the wrong month or double booked a timeslot in their calendar and -- tough luck -- the person who was booked first gets service. They overcharged my husband, made not 1, which would be ok - I understand - everyone is human -- but 3 scheduling mistakes where I drive down there and there is no appointment for me. I will seek another more professional chiropractic office.

Dr. Gregorio is amazing - she is caring and matter of fact. She diagnoised my problem after several other doctors gamew me the run around and got me on the path to recovery. She's A+++++.
