Trying to make an appointment at CMED if awful! I get the appointment person's voicemail everytime!!! And if she calls back, its 3 hours later. I can never get a live person when I call the office. And when I have been in there, the ladies are always at their desks and don't care.

Scheduled a physical which should have been covered at 100%. They decided to bill it as routine vs. preventive and then had the nerve to send me a bill for over $500!!! If they billed it the right way in the first place it would have been paid by the insurance company immediately vs. having to wait 8+ months to get paid. Their staff is incredibly rude. I would NOT, NOT, NOT recommend this practice to anyone!

I had V. Silverman for 10 years and loved him. He is black n white and tells you what you need to hear. His bedside manner warmed up if he thought you were seriously trying to do something about your disease. Otherwise, you were wasting his time. If you want a feel good pep talk go to your life coach. Also, with diabetees at epidimic proportions in this country, he put in extremely long hours. Mickey Register was awesome as my NP. Since Silverman has retired, I have had one apointment with Rachel Derr, who seems to be competant and is more personable than Silverman. However, the general staff for follow up and prescriptions is awful and needs to held accountable.

Dr. Aditi Bhaduri is the best endocrinologist in the North Atlanta Area.I have sadly experienced 3 others until I found Dr.Aditi.She is very knowledgeable of Diabetes, gives a very thorough exam, mails me a follow-up letter with lab results.She is avery caring, kind person who spends a good amount of time with me even though she is very busy and the office is full. She cares about me. She delivers high quality care and service.The wait times in the office waiting room are 5-15minutes.
She is the BEST!

The first time I went to this office, I saw Dr. Silverman. I was hugely disappointed, I had blood work done and GOT A LETTER of diagnosis - Hashimoto's. I didn't even know what it was! I called the office and asked to speak with him, he does not take calls (what?!?!) so his nurse took the call. I asked her if he could call me back, she said no, that's her job. I asked her what Hashimoto's was, she told me that it was explained in my letter and if I had any more questions to visit thyroid.com. A couple of months later I called them back with severe depression, heart palpitations, and other symptoms of the disease and asked for help, the nurse explained (because Dr. S does not converse with patients by phone) that they could not prescribe me anything until the thyroid was completely damaged/destroyed by the disease, and she cheerfully explained this could be years away! I went ahead and made an appointment with Dr. Silverman so he could say it to my face, that he didn't want to help me, and the appointment was over 2 months away! So I called about a month later to see if there were any cancellations and I got the news! He broke his leg and was retiring, that I was reassigned to Dr. Bhaduri. She is wonderful!!!Please read that review.
