Could not believe how Rude She Was, ON 1st visit!!

I thought, having a female Dr., she would be more compassionate, and have good bedside manners. BOY WAS I WRONG! It took OVER 3 hours, to finally see her, on my 1st visit, and I dont know if she was taking her "End Of The Day",stress out on me or what, but I have NEVER been treated so Rudely, by a DR., Esp. being our 1st visit! Other people, incl. co-workers said she was next door, at the hosp, doing a procedure, meanwhile her patients at Pain mngmt. had to wait, a LONG TIME! She never even apologized, for me having to wait OVER 3 hours! I could not even talk to her, about my health/medical problems, and she spent maybe 15, or less mins. with me(By the time she got to me, the office was already closed, at 5pm. 2:30pm check in, out at 5:40pm. I will see how the next visit goes, and let her know she was RUDE! If she is just as rude, on to the next DR. I wonder if she has ever heard the phrase: TREAT, OR SPEAK TO OTHERS, THE WAY YOU WOULD LIKE TO BE TREATED....

I've been seeing Dr. Lisa Jo Stearns for about 6 months now and have never felt in better hands. Dr. Stearns and her staff are experts at treating cancer pain. The practice is exclusively geared to treat the special needs of cancer patients.
