I cant say much about the other program that they have there but if u r looking to be a welder then rolling dice is exactly what u will be doing. Your instructors decide wether or not u get the assistance u pay for when they decide that if they like u that day or not. This was the worst educational environment I had ever been in. My impression was that the welding instructors were harbouring some emotional scars from their past and they were somehow vindicating themselves by depriving many of us of the knowledge that we should have been receiving. If u already know how to weld then this place is the place to be but if not then u r just rolling the dice hoping that u dont crap out and accidently do something they dont like cause if u do then u will be screwed and wont realize it until after your time is up.

I would highly recommend CIT. When I visited the school and staff member took the time to personally show my around the lab and answered all my questions. Once I stated the program, I am amazed at how much I have learned. My instructors are amazing, they are very tough an have high expectation, but they care and really go above in the efforts to teach me welding. I can't say enough about my experience at CIT, It is not a school for someone who is lazy:) and I would highly recommend it to anyone that wants to learn a trade in a hands on way from a school that cares. In my opinion CIT is one of a kind. I made the right decision when I pick CIT.

I requested information 3 to 4 times and never received then I stopped by and the staff and instructors I met were very rude and not helpful at all. My experience with them was not good. Based on my experience with this company I would not recommend them at all. Just my opinion.

The welding program is first rate -- the instructors have been in the industry for years.

The maintenance program is awesome -- the instructor holds a wealth of knowledge, and loves imparting it to students.

Right now, there's an 100% placement rate with the welding program. The program is intense and focused, and you're welding for several hours a day.
The first day you come in for orientation and safety videos, and the next day, you're welding!

The maintenance program has several modules -- HVAC, machining, carpenty, basic plumbing, electrical, and motor controls.

In the payment section, it doesn't mention that WIA grants and veterans' grants are accepted, so that's some additional information you should know.

I'm really glad that I chose this program, and I'm having so much fun and learning a ton.
