Hooray for Toni Wellman!
Toni Wellman is great! Toni helped me buy my very first house. I was in the market for foreclosures, and so I was looking for an agent that would be ready to get out there with me the day houses hit the market, and sure enough she was! My first agent emailed me a couple times and when I was ready to start looking she replied days later. With Toni, if I told her I wanted to see something at 9 that morning, if she didn't already have an appointment she'd take me later that day! She let me know the pros and cons of certain houses and neighborhoods, she helped me see the potential in houses I wouldn't have given a chance. She is very well versed in the VA loan processes and uses all her own people for everything and her team is wonderful. If you're looking to buy a house and want someone to really WORK for you, Toni is your woman!
