Certified Carpet Cleaning

I really liked Wally, and used him at least once a month (I have 2 dogs) but it was really hard to get him to show up on time. One incidence he kept me waiting for 4 hours. Another time I took of work early to meet him and he never showed up. At one point he had another guy helping him, who showed up on time but left before starting work, because he had to empty the trucks dirty water tank, but then never came back. It cost me too much time and missed work to continue using him.

Wally was very nice for repairing my carpet for free when the pet pee smell didn't come out. He was on time, very professional and friendly. He kept his word. It was a pleasure to have hired him to clean my carpet. He did a wonderful job!!

I called Wally due to positive reviews on Kudzu. He came on time and did a very good job cleaning the carpets. After speaking to some realtors and handymen afterwards, it appears that I may have been overcharged. The house is a one story, 1144 sq foot home without much furniture. I was charged $149, and others tell me that the job shouldn't have been more than $100. However, as I wrote, I was very happy with the job Wally did and would recommend him to others. I would just comparison shop a little more and haggle a little better.

The Master tech. Wally Who has become a good friend of mine over the last 13 years offers up the best value in the city of las vegas. Service provided is more knowlegdable,detailed and he use better equipment then most. highly recommended! I feel comfortable even leaving him a check and the keys while I go about my daily errands.

I had very soiled carpets included an abundance of pet stains. Poor guy (Wally) spent some time rinsing out the left over soap from various bottles of cheap carpet cleaner I have used in the past. They did an excellent job of my apartment and the carpets look brighter than when we moved in! I was on a budget and there are cheaper carpet cleaning companies out there, but this company is THE BEST!!
Great job guys and I'll be calling you again! Tara, Tommy, and Daisy (ruff!)
