I took my32inch Sony in five months ago for repair I paid 265$cash in full I'm still waiting for part to arrive from Sony I am seeking legal action now my TV has not been repaired or returned. Warning do not use them ever. Pass on the word. Y

didnt make scheduled appointment,charged too much, left scratches on cabinet of (new) bigscreen, didnt label wires from where they were removed, didnt call to tell what the concern was, has terrible communication inside office...bumped tv onto outside bench as they(owner) was carrying tv out, was told the 50.00 charge would be waived into price but office staff didnt seem to know anything about that WILL NOT USE THEM IN FUTURE

I called RCA when our tv was on the outs and they gave me the names of three repair companies in my area. The telephone number for one was disconnected, one never answered, nor returned my call, and the final one told me I was not in his area (he's in Conyers and we're in the Fairview area of Stockbridge. I called Certified and they reponded quickly and efficiently. They did just what they said they would when they said they would. I'd recommend them to anyone.

I'm changing my review of this company. I used this company once and they took literally months to get my set fixed, supposedly due to parts being on perpetual back order from Toshiba. I naively believed them. When I experienced a second problem with my TV, unrelated to the first repair, I got the same story about the parts on backorder. I kept being told the parts would come in and then they wouldn't; then couldn't get any answers about what was ordered and when. I got tired of leaving messages and having to call and call because many of my messages weren't responded to. After another month, I got another service provider who fixed my TV in home right away; no issue with parts. Only good thing I can say is that Certified Electronics lent me a TV the first time around while I waited months for the repair. I'm no electronics expert, but checking around with several different companies, the consensus was that obtaining parts for a Toshiba television is NOT the major production Certified Electronics led me to believe.

I can't describe the "OUTSTANDING" service Certified Electronics provided...I called them they were here within the hour to pick up the tv up, and I got it back the next day. The tv is 43'", fix in one day on the weekend... WOW..The whole staff was "GREAT", If you want fast and excellent service..THIS IS THE PLACE!!!!
