Chamblee Auto Repair

I am a Manger of a hotel located around the corner from this auto repair location and I am very regretful that I took my BMW to this moron. The owner Bryan Jung has changed the oil and transmission fluid in the car and no problems came up. I also had him change an sensor that had something to do with the emission of the car. Okay, then my power windows stopped working and I took it to him. He told me what to buy and I ordered it and he claimed he fixed it. It stopped working the next morning and when I called him, he backed up somewhat and said he was not sure as to what caused it to stop working. He said he would take a look at it and fix it again. I assumed that he would honor his guarentee of workmanship but I was very wrong. This jerk gave me the run-a-round and kept delaying every day I tried to bring my car to him. He acually told me (He would call me.) Yuck!!!! It rained for three days in a row and I finally called him and he acted like we never had any conversation about my car and I asked him for a refund. As always these looser never want to return money for their bad work. He told me to bring the car to him right now and if he did any work I would have to pay him again. I told him that I understand that he ripped me off with his lack of ethics and bad work on my car. I hung up on him and I am making sure that any woman that reads this review will not let herself be taken advantage of by this streetcorner mechanic. This area that we are in, there is a constant struggle to keep the undesirables out and the good people in the neighborhoods. This Bryan Jung has probably fallen victim to the drug trade or he has become a part of his environment. He has tried and has gotten away with scheming and running game. If you want your car to run well I suggest that you do not take your vehicle to this man. Obviously, he has limits to what he can do to a car and he will not let you know those limits. Brian & his mechanics have kept my 11-year-old Dodge running magnificently for over 200,000 miles. They keep me, as a single female with no automotive skills, safe and running smoothly. And help me find cheaper ways to do stuff, or what I dont "really" need. I appreciate that and how fast they are. So thankful they are in my Embry Hills neighborhood! On the corner of Chamblee-Tucker and Henderson Mill, I can walk from there home if I need to or Brian will drop off/ pick up. Wonderful!!

As a single woman with an 11-year-old Dodge with over 200,000 miles on it - I rely on Brian and his mechanics SO much. for my safety on the road, to tell me what needs to be done and what doesn't, to pick me up/drop me off when I need it, to be honest about my car's ""prognosis"" and to keep me up and running! I've been going there - on the corner of Chamblee-Tucker and Henderson Mill - for six years and am SO grateful to them for doing THOROUGH work ...
