Chamblee Fence Company did a fine job on my black chain link fence. Their quote was the lowest of three. They kept to the schedule. My only complaint is that they left lots of fence pieces in the yard.

The up front sales process was very good. However, communication waned and I had trouble reaching someone to find out when the job would be completed and to get someone to come back to fix an issue with our gate. Overall the fence looks great and I think once this final piece is finished we will be very happy.

I would have to say that i am extremely satisfied with the service that we received. The fence looks wonderful. The crew was extremely knowledgeable and friendly, and completed the job in 1 day.I have recommended this company to several friends who have seen my fence and were very impressed. I would use them again with no hesitation.

Received a great quote for my project compared to two other companies that I had come out. Some miscommunication with setting an installation date but once the issue was resolved the crew was there as promised and did a great job. Fence looks great and the yard was left clean.

I am very happy with the fence. It is beautiful........ however, I was surprised that the installation guys finished the job and left without first letting me know .......... and making sure that I was satisfied with the job.

I think the workmanship and professionalism of the installation crew was excellent. I believe the sales person, Parker, was knowledgeable and very responsive. Where I think the overall customer experience falls short of acceptable is the communications of the Chamblee Fence office staff, Kress's staff ranges from delayed responses to my emails and calls to absolutely no response at all. I just recently sent an email response on May 30th, of which I received no response at all, not even an acknowledgement that they received. Additionally, they did not call ahead of time to confirm that the installation was still confirmed, because we were facing rain and potential thunderstorms on installation day that could delay or postpone it. I had to reach out to them to find out what was going on. Those are just two examples that come to mind. Additionally, they provided no paperwork of the warranty, which spells out what is covered under warranty and the time period. I had to reach out to them, and they said "1 year warranty" but did not specify the details. I suspect that if I do run into warranty issues in the future, communications will continue to be poor or non-existent, which makes me nervous as a customer for the price that I paid for the service.

After an initial scheduling hiccup, the folks at Chamblee fence went out of their way to make things right - and got it done on schedule!! Installer was knowledgeable and helpful. Great experience
