In the past year the wonderful Champion sales and service people have helped to make our 30+ year old house much more energy-efficient and livable. We started in January, 2010 with all new windows which brought heating and cooling loss to practically zero, not to mention the ease of cleaning. Then in May, we replaced two outside doors, including a double door for the main entry. Beautiful with the beveled glass windows! And finally in October,2010 we had them remove a screen porch and install a patio room. It is such a welcoming room and like being outdoors, without the discomfort of weather.
The Champion products are top-notch, and the personnel----from the head of the company, through the sales staff, to the crews who did the installation---all are professional, personable, and very skilled at what they do. They have my full recommendation!

Champion's patio room is a quality product, with very sturdy construction and their "Comfort 365" glass. This company has an A+ rating with BBB. They are properly licensed by the state, obtain the permits, and complete all phases of the project satisfactorily. The employees are friendly and professional; our technician was outstanding. Our patio room was completed in less than 2 months after we signed the contract. We are now enjoying our new room very much! It really does bring us outdoors with the comforts of being indoors.

I had Champion replace all the windows in my house - the windows work as advertised - easy to use,easy to clean and are very efficient. The workers who installed them were on time, efficient, left a clean area and friendly.

I was told one thing & received something else..after signed contract. They said the design had to be changed to a different model, took amost a year to finish & at that I had to keep calling with something they forgotten to do & I'm still calling today,because it rained & the room flooded For the 4th time. I've had the room for 2 yrs, @ a cost of 38k. I would not hire them to build a dog house. Very disappointed.
